concrete with the addition MAPEFLUID N200 easily fit in a fresh state, and ensures high performance figures after solidification, due to the lack of excess water (class mobility S4, S5 to UNI 9858 and ENV 206). Additive MAPEFLUID N200 is recommended for high technological characteristics of the concrete and the low ratio of water/cement in preparation:

Scope

 Due to the fact that in addition to plasticizing properties of the additive MAPEFLUID N200 somewhat slows the hydration of cement (Class F by ASTM), it is recommended to use it for cooking:

• ready-mixed concrete in the production of designs to indicators of resistance to compression Rck above 25 MPa 
• ready-mixed concrete in the production of watertight structures: cleaning systems, reservoirs, canals, tunnels, etc.
• ready-mixed concrete in the production of structures of reinforced and prestressed concrete exposed to aggressive factors : beams, columns, bridge paintings, viaducts.
• concrete for the production of structures with heat treatment.

SPECIFICATIONS

Adding MAPEFLUID N200 is a 40% aqueous solution of active polymers, providing the dispersion of cement grains. (See "Specifications"). Dispersing action of additives MAPEFLUID N200 allows you to:

1. reduce the amount of water when mixing the solution in comparison with conventional concrete, to increase its strength, water resistance and durability (see "Characteristics of Concrete").
2. improve manufacturability compared to conventional concrete, to provide the necessary operational parameters (strength, waterproof, lifetime) in low workability concrete (a mixture of inactive or elastic).
3. reduce the water content and cement, withoutchanging the ratio water/cement that reduces the costs of preparing the mixture (due to the cost of supplements) and to improve specifications of concrete by reducing the degree of shrinkage, creep, and effects of temperature on hydration of cement.
